1 oz of chocolate syrup
1 oz of tullamore dew irish whiskey (or whiskey)
1/2-1 oz of whipped cream
1 1/2 oz of Creme de menthe (or Mint liqueur)
2 oz of steamed milk (or milk)
3-4 oz of prepared espresso (or espresso)
Combine the Tullamore Dew, 1-oz of the creme de menthe and chocolate syrup in an Irish Coffee cup. Prepare a double espresso and steam the milk. Add espresso and steamed milk to the mix in the Irish Coffee mug. Stir well. Top with whipped cream and the last 1/2 oz of creme de menthe, and serve.
