1/4 of fresh cupsliced strawberries (or strawberries)
2 tbsp of chocolate syrup
2 tbsp of club soda (or clear soda)
crushed ice (or ice)
2 of low fat tbspvanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
3/4 of skim cupcold milk (or milk)
1. Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice.\r
2. In blender container, place all ingredients except club soda. Cover; blend until smooth.\r
3. For each serving, pour into glass over crushed ice; add club soda.\r
4. VARIATIONS: Substitute any of the following for strawberries: 1/3 cup drained canned peach slices, 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries, 2 pineapple slices, or 1/4 cup drained crushed canned pineapple.
