Homemade Kahlua - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 gallon of water
- 3 cup of sugar
- 12 tsp of instant coffee (alt: coffee)
- 750 of mlbottle everclear alcohol (alt: everclear 151 grain alcohol )
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil, then add the sugar and instant coffee. 2. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 2hr. Stirring occasionally. 3. Allow to cool. Pour mixture into a gallon jug. Add the vanilla extract and the Everclear. 4. Add more water to complete the gallon.The longer it sits the better it gets. 2 weeks-1 month. A little goes a long way, very potent, but oh so good.
