Vanilla Extract
1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (or almond liqueur)
1 tsp of sugar
3/4 oz of metaxa 7 star (or dijon mustard)
1/2 oz of tia maria coffee liqueur (or coffee liqueur)
chilled heavy cream (or heavy cream)
hot black coffee (or coffee)
Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract. \r
Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz. mug. Pour in coffee. Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired. \r
Top with beaten cream.
