3 3 inch of cinnamon
1 1/2 qt of Cranberry Juice
3 qt of Ginger ale
ice
6 whole of whole cardamom (or cardamom bitters)
3/4 cup of Lemon Juice
5 cup of apricot
5 cup of apple cider
1 1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp of whole allspice (or ground allspice)
2 tsp of whole cloves
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Strain and discard spices. Chill. Combine chilled mixture with remaining juices and ginger ale. Serve over crushed ice. Yield: 7-1/2 quarts.
