1/4 tsp of Salt
1/4 cup of cocoa (alt: hot chocolate)
1/2 cup of honey
2 cup of water
3 cup of milk
1 cup of atole blue cornmeal
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)

Instructions

Mix cornmeal, cocoa, cinnamon, salt and water in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Stir in milk and honey. Heat to simmering, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
