1 1/2 oz of Jamaican rum (or Gold Rum)
1/2 oz of Brandy
1/2 oz of water
1/2 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1/4 oz of Lime Juice
1 dash of bitters
1/4 oz of Jamaican rum (or Gold Rum)
Shake hard for 45 seconds, until the tin is almost too cold to touch. strain, float remaining rum.
