3/4 oz of gold rum
1/4 oz of Apricot Brandy
1/4 oz of Triple Sec
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of overproof rum
1 oz of Orange Juice
1/2 oz of Light Rum
1 of dashor drizzle grenadine syrup (or spiced demerara syrup)
Shake first 7 ingredients hard and strain over fresh ice into large glass. Float overproof rum then drizzle grenadine. Garnish with pineapple flag/leaf and orange wedge
