1 1/2 oz of pisco
1/2 oz of Jamaican rum (or Gold Rum)
1/2 oz of falernum
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Pear Liqueur
1/2 oz of apricot liqueur
1 dash of orange bitters
2 oz of soda water
Shake, strain into a tall glass over ice, top with soda, garnish with mint sprig and lemon twist.
