1 oz of gold rum
1/2 oz of dark creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
3/4 oz of double cream (or whipped cream)
1/2 oz of grand marnier orange liqueur (or orange liqueur)
4 oz of cold black coffee (or coffee ice cream)
Shake and strain into a goblet filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, add short straws, and serve.
