2 tbsp of cream of coconut
1/2 of banana
1 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice (or Pineapple Juice)
1 cup of vanilla yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1/2 cup of nonfat milk (or Malted Milk)
1 of peeled mango (or mango)
In a blender, blend the vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, mango, milk, and cream of coconut until smooth.
