2 oz of Light Rum
1 oz of Coconut Cream
1 oz of heavy cream
6 oz of fresh pineapple juice (or Pineapple Juice)
1/2 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
Blend in blender for 15 seconds serve in 12 oz glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and add a red straw.
