1 oz of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
1 oz of ricard pastis
2-3 oz of ice cold, full fat milk (or milk)
Pour the anis liquor first in a chilled glass, on 2 ice cubes. Add the orgeat (almond) syrup, pouring from a height in order to mix better. Then pour the milk, also from a height. Do not stir.
