1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
3/4 oz of Palo Cortado sherry (or dark sherry)
3/4 oz of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake together all ingredients. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
