2 oz of Puerto Rican Rum (or Light Rum)
1 oz of Brandy
1/2 oz of Gin
2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz of Orange Juice
1/2 oz of Orgeat (or almond syrup)
1/2 oz of Cream Sherry
Add all ingredients, except sherry, to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard and strain into a highball or Tiki glass filled with ice. Float the sweet sherry on top.
