2 oz of Armagnac (or Cognac)
1/2 oz of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz of ruby grapefruit juice (or grapefruit juice)
1/2 oz of luxardo maraschino liqueur (or caramel liqueur)
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Garnish with a piece of ruby grapefruit, and serve.
