1.5 oz of sweet sake rice wine (or fortified wine)
top sprite soda (or Sprite)
1/2 of brown sugar (or sugar)
1 of squeezed lime (or Lime Liqueur)
1 of shiso
In a chilled Collins glass add, in order, the first three ingredients. Muddle until aromatic and well mixed. Add ice, then pour the sake over the ice. Top with Sprite and garnish with a whole shiso leaf.
