1 1/2 oz of dry oloroso sherry (or fortified wine)
1 1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
2 dash of orange bitters
orange peel
In a mixing glass with ice, stir together the sherry, vermouth, and bitters. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
Serve in coupe glass.
Garnish with orange zest twist.
