Ingredients: 1 oz Lime Juice; 1 pinch lemon; 1 oz Lemon Juice; 1 oz Orange Juice; 1 oz Cranberry Juice; 1 pinch Salt; 1 scoop lime ice cream; pepsi cola

Ingredients

1 oz of Lime Juice
1 pinch of lemon
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1 oz of Orange Juice
1 oz of Cranberry Juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 scoop of lime ice cream (alt: coco lopez cream of coconut)
pepsi cola (alt: coke)

Instructions

1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice.

2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.
