1 tsp of coconut extract (or Wormwood Extract)
3/4 tsp of almond extract
1/2 cup of schocolet sorbet (or cupsraspberry sorbet)
2 tbsp of grated coconut (or coconut)
2 of fresh banana (or banana)
1 of coconut cuplight milk (or condensed milk)
Combine the coconut milk and sorbet in a blender. Add the bananas, coconut (if using), coconut extract, and almond extract. Blend until smooth.\r

To freeze bananas: Peel bananas and seal in a plastic bag. Freeze. When ready to use, remove from freezer and slice.
