Port Wine Sangaree Cocktail

Ingredients: 1 of pinchground cinnamon; 2 oz of tawny port; 1/2 oz of Brandy; 1 tsp of superfine sugar; 2 tsp of water; 2 1/2 oz of club soda; 1 of pinchgrated nutmeg

Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder

1 of pinchground cinnamon (or cinnamon)
2 oz of tawny port (or port)
1/2 oz of Brandy
1 tsp of superfine sugar (or sugar)
2 tsp of water
2 1/2 oz of club soda (or clear soda)
1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (or nutmeg)

Dissolve the sugar in the water and port in the bottom of a highball glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice; add the soda. Float the brandy on top, and garnish with a lemon twist. Dust with nutmeg, then with cinnamon, and serve.
