2 oz of LBV Port
1 tsp of Brandy
2 oz of water
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp of sugar
1 oz of sparkling burgundy wine (or Plum Wine)
1/2 of lemon
1 oz of claret
Heat ingredients (with lemon thinly sliced into rings, and a heaped teaspoon of sugar). Strain into a heat-proof goblet when hot.
