1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of plain yoghurt (or yoghurt)
3 cup of scold water (or water)
4 of fresh mint (or mint)
1 of peeled mango (or mango)
1 tbsp of white sugar (or sugar)
In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
