In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the sea salt and lime zest. Divide the mixture among popsicle molds, leaving 1/4-inch at the top. If inserting wooden sticks into the popsicles, let the mixture freeze for about 45 minutes to an hour beforehand. Freeze for another hour or until fully frozen. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
