1 cup of cold milk (or milk)
1 pinch of Salt
8 oz of vanilla fat-free yoghurt (or yoghurt)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 of banana
4 of ice
2 of peeled orange (or orange-flavored rum)
In a blender, combine milk, oranges, banana, sugar, salt and yogurt. Blend for about 1 minute. Insert ice cubes, and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
