1 1/2 oz of strawberry puree
1 oz of white rum (or Light Rum)
1 oz of double cream (or whipped cream)
1/3 oz of strawberry syrup
3/4 oz of amaretto di saronno liqueur
Blend briefly in a cocktail glass with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry, and serve.
