Love in the Afternoon - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Dark rum
  • 1 oz of Orange Juice
  • 3/4 oz of Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 1/2 oz of whipping cream
  • 3-4 of strawberries
  • 1/2 oz of Strawberry liqueur

    • Instructions

    Blend ingredients in a pina colada glass until smooth. Add half a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Garnish with a strawberry, add straws, and serve.
