2 oz of Dark rum
2 oz of Orange Juice
2 oz of Lemon Juice
3/4 oz of orgeat syrup (or almond syrup)
3/4 oz of orange curacao liqueur
2 oz of Light Rum
Combine all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Garnish with pineapple spear, maraschino cherry and mint sprig. Serve.
