2 tsp of cocoa (or hot chocolate)
1 tbsp of honey
2 cup of sskim milk (or milk)
1/4 cup of vanilla yoghurt (or yoghurt)
Place coffee yogurt in freezer: freeze for 2 hours or until almost frozen. Combine cocoa and honey in a small bowl: add milk and stir well. Gently stir in coffee yogurt. To serve, pour 3/4 cup mixture into each of 4 serving glasses. Garnish each with 1 tbls vanilla yogurt, and a sprinkle of nutmeg on top if desired, could also use sprinkle of cinnamon.
