2 tbsp of cocoa (or hot chocolate)
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
whipped cream
1/4 cup of water
2 of milk
In a saucepan, mix the cocoa and sugar; add water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat; add milk and heat through. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into 2 cups; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Yields: 2 servings
