1 of banana
1 oz of banana liqueur
1/2 oz of Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz of cream
1/2 oz of cruzan banana rum (or lemon-flavored rum)
1 1/4 oz of Myer's Dark Rum (or Dark rum)
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (or ice cream)
Slice banana and put all slices except one into blender. Add cream, ice cream, banana liqueur, banana rum, butterscotch schnapps and 3/4 oz. dark rum. Blend to a creamy texture and pour into a wide-mouthed glass. Float 1/2 oz. of dark rum on top and add final slice of banana to rim for garnish Light the rum on fire for effect while serving. Blow flame out and enjoy.
