1 1/2 oz of Silver Rum
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
1 tsp of simple syrup
1/2 oz of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1 cup of crushed ice (or ice)
1 sprig of mint
1 slice of banana
Blend the rum, banana, lime juice, syrup, maraschino liqueur and ice in an electric blender until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour into a large cocktail glass or old-fashioned and garnish with the mint sprigs and skewered banana slice.
