1 pint of butter pecan ice cream (or pecan ice cream)
1 oz of Wild Turkey 101 (or Bourbon Whiskey)
1 oz of Amaretto (or almond liqueur)
2 tbsp of caramel sauce
Blend the ice cream, Wild Turkey and Amaretto in a blender until smooth. Serve in fancy glasses garnished with a drizzle of the caramel sauce. Yields: 2-4, depending on glass.
