The Frozen Turkey - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of butter pecan ice cream (alt: pecan ice cream)
  • 1 oz of Wild Turkey 101 (alt: bourbon whiskey)
  • 1 oz of Amaretto (alt: almond liqueur)
  • 2 tbsp of caramel sauce

    • Instructions

    Blend the ice cream, Wild Turkey and Amaretto in a blender until smooth. Serve in fancy glasses garnished with a drizzle of the caramel sauce. Yields: 2-4, depending on glass.
