1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of soymilk
1 of banana
1/2 tsp of white sugar (or sugar)
14 of frozen strawberries (or strawberries)
In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
