Strawberry Kir Royale - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of creme de cassis (alt: blackcurrant-flavored liqueur)
- 2 cup of shalved strawberries (alt: strawberries)
- 1/2 cup of chilled champagne (alt: champagne)
Instructions
