1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of creme de cassis (or blackcurrant-flavored liqueur)
2 cup of shalved strawberries (or strawberries)
1/2 cup of chilled champagne (or Champagne)
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.
