3/4 oz of Dark rum
1/2 oz of whipping cream
1 tsp of sugar
3/4 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
5 of black hot coffee (or coffee)
Pour liquors into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float cream on top, and serve.
Serve in double oldfashioned.
Garnish with lime wedge.
