1 rinse of Jamaican rum (or Gold Rum)
1 1/2 oz of Peychaud's Bitters
1/2 oz of cherry liqueur
1/3 oz of orange bitters
1/4 oz of sweet vermouth
3 dash of bitters
2 dash of Herbal Liqueur
Add ingredients in mixing glass and give a quick stir (do not add ice). Rinse rocks glass with Smith and Cross, add in cocktail. Twist and discard lemon peel if you want.
