1 1/2 oz of amer picon orange bitters (or orange bitters)
1/2 oz of creme de cassis (or blackcurrant-flavored liqueur)
1/2 oz of Rose's lime juice (or Lime Juice)
soda water
Stir amer picon, creme de cassis and lime juice with cracked ice and strain into a large chilled wine glass (should hold 16 ounces). Fill with soda water, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
