2 cup of Gin
1 cup of Lemon Juice
3/4 cup of simple syrup
1/2 tsp of orange bitters
4 cup of Champagne
ice
In a punch bowl, combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters and stir until thoroughly blended. Just before serving, pour in the Champagne and stir gently. Add the ice (you'll need a large ice block) and garnish with the orange wheels. To serve, ladle into punch glasses.
