2 dash of Peychaud's Bitters
2 oz of Irish whiskey (or whiskey)
1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
1/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of simple syrup
1 twist of lemon peel
In a pint glass muddle sugar and bitters. Add remaining ingredients, ice then shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
