1 1/2 oz of Dark rum
1/2 oz of Cherry brandy
2 tsp of dark creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
2 oz of heavy cream
4 oz of hot coffee (or coffee)
Pour the rum, cherry brandy, creme de cacao and coffee into an Irish coffee glass, and stir well. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon to float on top, and serve.
