2 oz of cream
1 scoop of ice cream
1 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur (or raspberry liqueur)
3/4 oz of coco lopez cream of coconut
1 scoop of ice
1 oz of Bacardi white rum (or Light Rum)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well and pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate and whipped cream. Serve.
