Lizbuth - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
- 1/2 oz of Coconut Cream
- 1 oz of Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz of amaretto almond liqueur (alt: almond liqueur)
- 2 oz of half-and-half (alt: cream)
Instructions
Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend well and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.More cocktails with light rum
