1/5 tsp of cinnamon
2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream (or Irish Cream)
1 oz of Bushmills Irish Whiskey (or whiskey)
2-3 oz of espresso (or coffee)
milk
half-and-half (or cream)
Pour the Bailey's Irish Cream and Bushmill's Irish Whiskey into an Irish coffee cup. Brew the espresso, and pour into the coffee cup. Fill to 3/4 full with half-and-half. Steam the milk and pour into the cup until full. Dust with cinnamon if desired, and serve.
