2 oz of Mezcal (or Tequila)
1 oz of Cointreau (or orange liqueur)
3/4 oz of Lillet Rose
cilantro
Combine mezcal, Cointreau, and Lillet rose in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with 2 sprigs of cilantro. This recipe is courtesy of Holiday Cocktail Lounge in New York City.
