2 oz of Reposado Tequila (or Tequila)
1/2 oz of sweet vermouth
1/2 oz of Amer Picon
1/4 oz of creme de cacao (or chocolate liqueur)
1 dash of bitters
1 twist of orange peel
Stir, strain, up, twist.
Serve in rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon zest twist discarded.
