1 1/4 oz of Bacardi 151 rum (or overproof rum)
1/2 oz of Creme de Noyaux
6 oz of Pineapple Juice
1 splash of grenadine syrup
Pour ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy. Float a small amount of dark rum on top for a little added flavor.
