2 tbsp of sugar
18 of crushed ice (or ice)
2 tbsp of vanilla, hazelnut, or other syrup (or Ginger Syrup)
7 oz of doubled strength chilled coffee (or coffee ice cream)
Place the ice, coffee, sugar and syrup in a blender. Blend until the frappe is smooth. Pour into a large, tall glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
