1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of Vanilla
16 oz of vanilla low fat yoghurt (or yoghurt)
2/3 cup of skim milk (or milk)
16 of bing ozfrozen cherries (or cherry)
Combine first four ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover and process until smooth. Pour mixture into large pitcher; gently stir in yogurt. Serve chilled.
