20 ml of Cherry brandy
1 tsp of honey
1 tbsp of cherry conserve
1 dash of Lemon Juice
15 ml of campari bitters
90-120 ml of Champagne
1 of halved strawberry (or Kiwi-Strawberry Snapple)
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Double strain the mixture into a Champagne glass, then top with Champagne, and garnish with the strawberry. Serve.
